I was tiding up one day and glanced at my husband’s dirt bike boots sitting in a corner near the door As soon as I picked them up to put them in the close I just knew I had to paint those boots!
The dust patterns made for a wonderful contrast against the dark shiny black leather. The soles were even more interesting with pebbles and sand. I started to paint them parked upright but I really wanted to capture all the cool textures of the soles so I flipped one boot on its side and boom. Perfect picture.
